RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

Only defective merchandise returns will be accepted and within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt.

If upon receipt of the merchandise the product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for the same item in perfect condition. If there is no stock at that time, the defective item would be paid.

In order to change the item, you need to send it back to us with the original packaging. No product that is tampered with, broken or has been used, for reasons of hygiene and public health (Paragraph 3, article 45 of the Retail Law) will not be exchanged.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Peninsula: 1 to 2 business days.
Balearic Islands: 2 to 3 business days.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International consult.

The product will only be shipped once it has been received the payment of the same.

Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

In order for your shipments to be delivered correctly, make sure that the details of your address and contact mobile phone number of your order are correct. otherwise, we are not responsible for the delay in delivering it.

PORTES:

Peninsula -Portes paid for orders over € 50. -Orders below this amount shipping costs are € 3.03.
Balearic Islands -Portes paid for orders over € 85. -Orders less than this amount are € 11.56 shipping.
Canary Archipelago, Ceuta, Melilla and orders outside of Spain and special transport consult.
